The still is easy to miss because it sits on the hillside by Thunder Falls in western Elwynn, well away from the main Goldshire-to-Stormwind road. The whole route takes only a few minutes once you have the apples, and it rewards a character with a small piece of local flavor rather than a long grind.

Find the still at 24.6, 58.0, near Thunder Falls above Mirror Lake. Approach from the hillside rather than searching along the road below. It does not show a quest exclamation mark, so open the interaction directly.

Buy four Shiny Red Apples before you set out. They cost 25 copper each, so the full set is 1 silver. If you arrive with fewer than four, the interaction will not produce the drink.

247824) from the still. - Travel south to the Westbrook Garrison and head inside to find Sergeant De Vries at 24.1, 73.2.
An Apple Treat: Sergeant De Vries (Quest 91738)
The drink is not just vendor trash. Sergeant De Vries offers An Apple Treat, a level 10 quest that opens at level 7. Accept it and hand over the Thunder Applejack to complete it. If your character is below level 7, keep the drink in your bags and come back later.
Why the Still Has No Quest Marker
The still is an interactable object that both starts and completes a hidden quest, Applejack Still (91736), so there is no NPC and no marker to look for. It is part of Forever’s design of putting small stories in the world without filling the quest log. The apple cost is deliberately low so a player can test the object without committing to a profession.
The still does not require Cooking to use. You only need the four apples and a free inventory slot for the finished drink.
The Repeatable Experience Exploit Is Gone
Before launch, the still could be used repeatedly for experience. That exploit was fixed, so do not plan a leveling loop around it. The quest itself is still repeatable: you can brew another Thunder Applejack whenever you bring four apples, and if the interaction works but gives no experience, that is the fix doing its job.
