How does BiS gear work while leveling in WoW Forever?
Each class page has a full gear sheet at level 20, 30, 40, 50, 60. A sheet uses only gear you can reach by that level: dungeon boss and trash drops, dungeon and world quests, vendors, rare spawns and crafting, ranked by each spec's own stat weights.
What are the hit caps in WoW Forever?
The hit you need depends on how many levels the target is above you, not on your own level. Spells need 3%, 4%, 5% and 16% against targets 0 to 3 levels above you, so a level 63 raid boss takes 16% and same-level enemies only 3%. Melee and ranged attacks need 5%, 5.5%, 6% and 8%. Hit from talents counts too, so gear only needs to cover the rest. Each spec's BiS page shows its full table under Stat weights.
What is pre-raid BiS in WoW Forever?
The level 60 PvE sheet on each class page is pre-raid BiS: the best piece in every slot from dungeons, quests, crafting and reputation, without raid drops. The level 60 PvP sheet adds battleground reputation and honor rank gear.
Which classes use relics in WoW Forever?
