Campfires evolve into multi-utility sites
The Wilderness Camping System
In WoW Forever, your Cooking Fire becomes a Basic Campfire. Placing one creates a campsite where players rest, gain one-hour buffs, and reach vendors, repairs, and profession workspaces. Every nearby player can add one crafted object from their profession, so a roadside stop becomes something you build together.
A Basic Campfire holds up to three objects, one per player. Sit by the fire for a few moments to receive its one-hour buffs, and refresh your food buffs while you rest.
A Blacksmith's Sharpening Wheel raises Strength, a Tailor's Faction Banner raises Spirit, and a Herbalist's Incense Candle raises Intellect. These buffs do not stack with the matching class buffs.
First objects unlock at profession skill 20 from camping NPCs or trainers. Advanced objects, such as the Leatherworking Tanning Rack and the Alchemy Laboratory, come from Blueprint recipes dropped by dungeon bosses.
Cooks can build upgraded campfires that hold 5 or 10 objects, turning a small fire into a camp for the whole group.
