The Cozy Sleeping Bag chain, first seen in Season of Discovery, is live in WoW Forever. There are no quest givers: a trail of notes left by a wandering scout leads you from a burned-out camp to a hideout on Thoradin’s Wall, across both continents. Any character at level 14 or higher can follow it, and at the end you keep a sleeping bag that turns every short break into bonus experience.

What the Cozy Sleeping Bag Does
Cozy Sleeping Bag
- Use it outdoors and it unrolls at your feet. One-hour cooldown.
- Step onto it and stand still to lie down. Moving wakes you up.
- Each minute of rest adds a stack of Well-Rested: +1% experience from every source, up to 3 stacks for 3%.
- Well-Rested lasts two hours.
Three percent is always on while you quest, so it quietly adds up over a full leveling run. Unroll the bag whenever you are already waiting: for a spawn, a flight, a group, or a campfire buff.
The Route
Step by Step
1 ...and that note you found
Ride to the Alexston Farmstead in Westfall, find the wrecked cart, and click the Burned-Out Remains in the rubble to pick up the quest. Then travel to The Barrens, follow the road south past Camp Taurajo to the burnt tower, and click the remains there to complete it. The note nailed to a plank beside the second set of remains points you to the mountains between The Barrens and Desolace.

The clue points to an eagle's nest carved into a waterfall. Head to the Stonewrought Dam at the north end of Loch Modan. The Carved Figurine sits on the dam face overlooking the Wetlands: jump down onto the great carved dwarf heads on the waterfall side and work your way across to it.
- Rewards
Hickory Pipe
Rumsey Rum Light
Loch Modan is Alliance territory, so Horde players should travel with care and keep an eye out for guards and Alliance players.
5 Eagle's Fist
The letter in the toolbox points to an old barricade that once defended the Old Kingdoms: Thoradin's Wall, on the border of Hillsbrad Foothills and Arathi Highlands. From the Hillsbrad side, find the cart beside the break in the wall and use it to climb up into the wall.
Walk through the room inside the wall. The Messenger Bag hangs outside to the right. Click it to complete Eagle's Fist and pick up This Must Be The Place.
6 This Must Be The Place
Right below the Messenger Bag lies a Hastily Rolled-Up Satchel. Click it to finish the chain.

A trail snack in Forever. Eating one restores 500 health at once plus mana, rage, or energy, then 175 health every 2 seconds for 12 seconds. Five-minute cooldown. Save it for the moment a pull goes wrong.
Planning the Trip
Westfall and The Barrens sit on the usual leveling roads, so pick up step 1 as you pass through and finish the rest once you are ready to travel.
Stonetalon Mountains runs from 15 to 25 and Hillsbrad Foothills from 20 to 31. Every step is a single click with no fighting, so a careful level 14 can finish it, while the low 20s travel more easily.
The trip crosses both continents, so every flight point near Stonetalon Mountains, Loch Modan, and Hillsbrad Foothills saves a long run on the next leg.
Rest the three minutes the bonus needs while your campsite and food buffs refresh, then head out with everything active. See the camping guide.
