Every platform also needs a broadband internet connection, a Battle.net account, and the Battle.net desktop app.

- Pick your look. Forever offers modern and Classic visual presets and a choice of HD or SD character models, so you can match the game to your hardware and your taste. See visuals and controls.
- Play with a controller. Forever supports gamepads officially, alongside keyboard and mouse.
- Test it early. The beta runs through October 21 and is the easiest way to check how Forever runs on your machine before the November 4 launch.
